The access to the city center or to the beach of La Concha is just 10 minutes walking, enjoying the area also direct public transport connections.
It consists of 127 square meters distributed in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, separate kitchen, two terraces (facing North, 15m2 and South, 20m2), both with terrace furniture, and double closed garage in the same building.
At the same time the bedrooms are distributed in 4 single beds and one double, giving capacity for 6 people.
It has a private communal pool, open from mid-June to mid-September.
Very luminous apartment, decorated with taste and very well cared for.
Free medical emergencies at home 24 hours.
The price per month in the summer months, includes all expenses and bed linen and towels and includes a basic intermediate cleaning (after 15 days).
Charges: deposit - deposit upon confirmation of booking. 50% of the total amount of the reservation 60 days before, 50% of the total amount of the reservation 30 days before.
Deposit: 600€.
Cancellation policy with 100% refund: up to 60 days before.
