Wonderful apartment a few meters from the Ondarreta Beach from which it receives its name and close to the incredible La Concha bay of San Sebastián. It is located in Matia Street, the main enclave of the Antiguo neighborhood where you can find all kinds of shops and services around, such as: bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, hairdressers, clothing stores, etc.
This apartment is decorated on a whim, mixing a modern style with that rustic one that we like so much. The stone walls and beams make this space a cozy place where you can relax after an exhausted day of sightseeing in San Sebastián. Furthermore, the Gros neighbourhood is the trendiest area of the city, where you can enjoy delicious pintxos and small local shops.
The flat, ideal for couples or families, is located in the heart of Plaza del Txofre, the old bullring of San Sebastian, which is now one of the favourite places for the residents of Gros. A multitude of bars and terraces create an incomparable atmosphere and allow you to start or end the day on the right foot.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed with access to a large balcony where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the square. It is also connected to a small desk where you can read a good book or navigate on line. The other room has two single beds and is very quiet and ideal for resting. The distribution is completed with a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with a large shower and a comfortable living room with access to the balcony.

On Usandizaga Street, in the heart of the Gros district, this apartment is located a few meters from the beach of La Zurriola and next to the famous Congress Palace of San Sebastian and Kursaal Auditorium by which it receives the name. It is also located just 10 minutes walking from the city center and the old part of San Sebastian, the best place where you can fully immerse yourself in our delicious Basque gastronomy.
It has been decorated on a whim and is made up of a large diaphanous space in which both the kitchen and the living room are found. It also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has a bathroom with shower.
Regarding the area, without doubts, is the most fashionable in the city thanks to the local commerce, restaurants, bars, for the remodeling that has been carried out in streets and squares and by the young people that for that reason have attracted. Gros is an area with everything, good atmosphere, quality of life, parks, beach and where you can have a quiet walk and enjoy.
This apartment is perfect to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian.

Appartement avec ascenseur et parking à moins de 500 m, propre et idéalement situé pour visiter San Sebastian. Malgré quelques bruits de rue car c’était le carnaval nous avons bien dormi. Il suffit de descendre pour trouver tout ce dont on a besoin. see more

Il suffit de descendre pour trouver tout ce dont on a besoin. Je recommande la boulangerie d’en dessous. La salle de bain est très moderne et propre et le canapé du salon très confortable . Les équipements pour cuisiner mériteraient d’être changer. Nous avons pu passer un agréable séjour . Muchas gracias !
