alwayseasyrental, easyrental, La Concha, Donostia-San Sebastian
Yesterday, people from San Sebastian seem tourist taking photograhs in La Concha promenade. The tides were unusually high and low. As well we were lucky, because the weather was good.   The tides are caused by the attraction produced by the sun and, above all, the moon on the earth. When the axes of the sun and moon are aligned spring tides occur. It happens with the full moon.   In Easyrental we took photograhs for you also...   Keeping calm with the breeze

alwayseasyrental, Easy rental, Via Fora Donostia, restaurant San Sebastian
In the promenade of the river Urumea is the restaurant Via Fora, a restaurant specialist in rice and Mediterranean cuisine. It is located at the fourth bridge city (Deusto Bridge), between the neighborhoods of Amara and downtown. It is a modern and informal space that stands out the spacious terrace beside the river. The cuisine match typically Mediterranean food like fideuá, rice or Catalan specialties with more donostiarras dishes like cod or anchovies. It is, in short, different restaurant from the others in Donostia. One suggestion, order a rice to eat on the terrace after spending the morning at the beach. Adress: Paseo federico Garcia Lorca, 10. In border with France, between mountains and forests, is Zugarramurdi, a a village which, in 1610, entered into the dark legend and became the village of witches. The Inquisition, accused of witchcraft to 32 of its habitants. 11 of them were sentenced to death in the bonefire, 6 in person and 5 in effigy  with their remains, as had died in prison. So the legend of the witches of Zugarramurdi began. The nature around the village mystery surrounds. Its forests, mountains that surround them, but above all, "Sorginen Leizea" the cave of the witches, over 120 meters length where made the covens. From Easy Rental, we recommend a visit to the village, less than an hour drive from San Sebastián. See the whole story at the Museum of Witches, eat at one of the excellent restaurants and dive into the dark legend of covens in his cave. We would not want to end the post without show you the coven scene of Witches of Zugarramurdi a film Alex De la Iglesia, based on the legend of the village and shot in the cave that gave its fame.  See the scene Keeping calm with the breeze.

Since we start with our adventure in  hollidays apartment rentals in San Sebastian, we knew that the apartments had to be well positioned regarding the strategic points of the city. This meant to have to regard very attractive apartments that didn´t have the desired location, because they were outside of San Sebastian or in remote areas of the city center. Today we don´t want to  show you a flat, we want to show you several flats. Specifically, their location. The way we choose to do is by bike videos recorded with a GoPro camera. The starting point is always one of our apartments and then we move through the different parts of the city. Enjoy them! Keeping calm with the breeze

always easyrental, easy rental, eat in Donostia - San Sebastian
Few things are more appealing in San Sebastian that the t-bone, txuleta for the "donostiarras", of the Nestor Bar. A little establisment in the Old Part in which the especialities are just a few, but really recomendables. In the Nestor, you won´t find a "pintxos" bar, neither a menu (they don´t have), because their clients know what they want: tomato salad, t-bone, "piquillo" peppers, or spanish omelette... o a combination of these. The first that attract attention is its litlle space. There is only one table in wich be seated, so yo must know that surelly you will eat stand. Although it won´t matter when the meal starts. We recommend start with a tomato salad. Ingredients: great quality tomato, oil, vinegar and salt... and tats´s all. Few times you will prove something like that. If you enter to the Nestor, the t-bone (txuleta) is obligatory. They show you the t-bone, always thick and filling, before cook it. Is one of the best meat you can eat in San Sebastian. Finally, mention their famus spanish omelette. They do two each day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, so is dificult to taste it... they finish very quickly. easy rental, always easy rental, fiestas de san fermin, san fermin
Just an hour from San Sebastian, Pamplona celebrates the most international festival of Spain, the Festival of San Fermin. From day 6 through July 14, Pamplona becomes the destination of San Sebastián citizens and tourists who come to San Sebastian.   History The history of the Festival of San Fermin date back several centuries, to the 13th century, when some trade fairs after the night of San Juan was held. In the year 1592 he spent to organize the 7th day of July... Little by little, with the passage of the centuries, the party evolved into what we now know it. The closures began in the 18th century. The worldwide fame of the San Fermines is recent, mostly thanks to Ernest Hemingway who gave them a large spread in his book party and with its special relationship with the Festival of San Fermin.   Moments and activities Moments and activities during the week between the rocket and the poor of my there are several especially highlights:   The encierro From day 7 to 14 at 8:00 every morning, celebrates the famous "encierro". Driving a herd of bulls in a tour of 849 meters that unites the Santo Domingo slope with the Plaza de Toros (bull ring). It is really dangerous and to be able to run it must meet a series of standards that you can see here  (in spanish). Althought it is highly recommended to go to watch it from the sidelines. Always in the previous moments to the encierro, the runners sing to the San Fermin figure the famous song... A San Fermín pedimos por ser nuestro patrón, nos guíe en el encierro dándonos su bendición. ¡Viva San Fermín! ¡Viva!, Gora San Fermin! Gora!   The chupinazo They mark the start of the Festival of San Fermin day 6 at 12:00 with the launch of a rocket from the town hall and with the phrase: ¡Pamploneses! ¡Pamplonesas!.... ¡Viva San Fermín!Gora San Fermín! (traduction: Citizens of Pamplona! Go San Fermin!). The Town Hall square is full of people, mostly drunk, so they are frequent avalanches, pushing, etc. It is recommended to wear shoes closed and of course, don't go with children.   Bullfights All afternoon, there is a bullfight with the bulls from the "encierro". If you want to go to the bull ring, there are two distinct areas: shadow, a quiet audience that sees the bullfight and sun, where people  eats, drinks, dances... is said that you do everything but see the bullfight.     The Giants Are one of the most emblematic elements of San Fermin. They are delegations of Kings and Queens giant dolls accompanied by parades that go over the old town of Pamplona.   Pobre de mí (poor me) Poor me  is on July 14 at 00: 00, intones the pobre de mí in the town hall of Pamplona and marks the end of the party till the next year.   Transport Pamplona is relatively near of San Sebastian, an hour by car. However, since Always Easy Rental we recommend using the bus service. A bus leaves every half hour between 5:00 and 21:30. Before you buy the ticket, it is advisable to ask if the jouney is direct,  sometimes the bus stops in different towns and the journey can pass from an hour to two.   Keeping calm with the breeze

One of the main activities when you visit San sebastian is go to eat tapas. The miniature cuisine is one of the main attractions of the city, you will find really exquisite things. You have to know that in the Basque Country tapas is called pintxos. The old part is the district where more tapas (pintxos) bars you can find, is in fact the pintxos reference quarter. However it is not the only area, in Gros or in the Centre of the city you can find excellent tapas bars also. When you go to eat pintxos, is tradition to go from bar to bar eating a pintxo in  and a short drink (normally zurito or txakoli) in each one. There are plenty of options, and secure that in more than one bar you will want to take more than one pintxo... Always Easy Rental we would like to recommend our own route of pintxos. 5 bars where it with unique style and really appetizing.   Txepetxa bar We started our route of tapas from the old part of San sebastian at the Txepetxa bar. Where his specialty and practically only offer are its anchovies, one of the delicacies of the Cantabrian Sea. From Always Easy Rental, we recommend the chinstrap or Iberian pork kebab. Adress: Fermín Calbeton, 12   Ganbara It is a classic, is said that is the bar where the chefs take pintxos. There are  simple pintxos, but made with high quality product, always in season. In your bar always include fungi and mushrooms of the season. We recommend the croquettes, the Croissant with ham. Adress: san Jeronimo, 19.   Paco Bueno  The boxer Paco  Bueno opened this bar more than 50 years ago. It is by the third generation who runs the business. Very classic pintxos, but certainly well welcomed by the citizens of San Sebastian. Stand out shrimp with gabardine (diped in butter), its breaded hake and their tortillas. Adress: Mayor, 6   A Fuego Negro We don't want to finish the route of tapas without recommend any of the innovative tapas bars. A Fuego Negro is one of the most innovative of San Sebastian. Be amazed with its "pikoteos" their "aperitifs" or their "kositas" (pintxos). We recommend the MakCobe with chips and olives with Vermouth. The gintoneria has a great variety of gin and tonics and they serve very good. Address: Calle Zabaleta, 6   Bonus bar: Via Fora As  bonus, we recommend the stand that our friends from the Via Fora will open at the Jazzaldia environment.
